The ceremony will take place at Fell's Point, a historic community right on the waterfront east of the Inner Harbor. The site is the Bond Street Landing Pier. There are some very nice photos of it here. (In case of inclement weather, the back-up site will be the Admiral Fell Inn Hotel.)
WARNING: We have found out the Baltimore Orioles are having a ball game starting at 1:30pm on Sunday. Expect traffic coming in to be a little worse.
